Accessing Our Website: Don’t forget to log in to our exhibitor portal using the unique code: *see the infomail for the code*. This code is your key to unlock the full range of promotional tools and resources that await you.
Upload Your Brands: Showcase the brands you’ll be presenting at the event by uploading them onto our platform. This not only aids in our coordination efforts but also gives attendees a sneak peek into your exhibition. A wonderful opportunity to generate anticipation and connection.
Upload Your Products: For your convenience, we have introduced a multiple product upload sheet. If you have an extensive range of products, simply fill out this sheet and send it to: . We’ll take care of uploading the details, and you can subsequently upload pictures once we have the other information in place. (See attached excel file for this.)
Externally:
SoME: Exciting Competitions Await: As a reminder, you have the unique opportunity to host competitions offering day tickets to The Whisky N Rum Show. Each brand can give away 2*2 tickets. It’s a fantastic way to engage your audience and spread the word about the event.
Expand Your Network: Take full advantage of your participation by inviting up to 20 individuals per brand to join us at the show. We will provide you with unique discount codes, which your guests can use to register themselves for the event. It’s a chance to share the experience with your network and enhance your brand’s presence.
Showcase Additional Brands: Consider exhibiting your other brands at the Rum Club Cph stand. The only cost involved is providing sample bottles, and any sales generated will support Rum Club Cph. Kindly inform us of your intent 10 days before the show to ensure a smooth arrangement.
